A merchant from Zhangjiakou and former mayor of Zhangjiakou Special City

Han Guangsen, a native of Nangong , Hebei , a merchant from Zhangjiakou and former mayor of Zhangjiakou Special City. Han Guangsen and Cui Jinglan were shot in front of the Zhongling Pagoda built by the Japanese in Zhangjiakou.
