Military general of the Republic of China and official of the Mongolian-Xinjiang United Autonomous Government

Cui Jinglan, Zixiufeng, a native of Chaoyang, Mukden. Military general of the Republic of China and official of the Mongolian-Xinjiang United Autonomous Government. After Japan's surrender in 1945, Cui Jinglan was arrested by the Eighth Route Army. On 10 October 1945, Han Guangsen and Cui Jinglan were shot in front of the Zhongling Pagoda built by the Japanese in Zhangjiakou.
