Lai Yuen Amusement Park was the most popular theme park at the 90s.
荔園大恐龍 Lai Yuen’s dinosaur

大恐龍是荔園的標誌，令人充滿幻想和期待 ! 可惜荔園於97年三月尾跟香港人告別。
This giant dinosaur was an icon of the Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park. Unfortunately, it was gone with the park at the end of March,1997.

以諷刺時弊作飄色題材的長洲太平清醮，97回歸造型充滿創意 ! 這名戴著墨鏡的解放軍小女孩，既威嚴又可愛呢。
The Cheung Chau Bun festival is famous of its Piu Sik (Floating Colors) Parade in which children dress up as ironic social figures to reflect the city’s hot social topic.

穿著長衫馬褂的小男孩，在炎夏的太平清醮，手持國旗，帶點神秘。

A pair of “sisters” was specially dressed, walking on the beach of Discovery Bay during the International Dragon Boat Festival.

不列顛尼亞號，是前英國皇家遊艇，於1997年7月1日回歸移交儀式後，接載查理斯王子和末任港督彭定康離開香港。
Britannia is the former royal yacht of the British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. This photo shows her entering Hong Kong just before the handover of the city to China.

7月1日零晨零時，香港正式回歸中國，告別殖民地。市民高舉自製的英女王、董建華紙牌頭像 ，高叫起哄。
12 am, July 1st, 1997. It’s the handover now !!…. a few westerners raised up their handmade figure of Queen Elizabeth and Tung Chee-hwa, yelling at the Time Square.

People's Liberation Army was first introduced to the public with this artistic Chinese dance. Colorful costume and iconic movements left us impressive memories.
英女皇頭像 Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II

英女皇頭像照片，在回歸前會掛在政府機構的牆上，這是回歸後一個拍賣會上的展品。
Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II appeared on every Government’s offices before the handover. These framed photos were exhibited on an auction after the handover.

The old bird street located at Mong Kok, you can find birds, crafted cages, and even cricket fights.

King of Kowloon’s renowned calligraphy was found in Tsim Sha Tsui beside a poster advertising the last round of BNO passport application in 1997.
